I usually have great hamburger here. Don't care about the shoestring potato's. This this time it all was bad. They gave me a patty with cheese, a piece of lettuce man. Going again I believe all deserve a second chance 😊

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Wasnt even going to give them 1 star..the menu is on a printed out piece of paper with no listings of what is on the burgers. We arrived on a Sunday at 3:45 PM the door said they didn't close until 5. A girl told us where we should sit but we opted to sitting outside with the weather being nice. Asked if we still would get refills on our drinks she said sure! We get our food.. half the stuff that was supposed to be on our burgers was not, the fries were like they were from earlier this morning, and they locked the doors at 4 so therefore I had to beat on the door to get a refill.. then was given a horrible attitude because I asked for it... this place has horrible service so please go elsewhere and do not waste your money here!

Tried to place my order through the app 6 hours in advance, this restaurant doesn't participate. So I call and ask how can I order ahead. The only option is to call it on which is perfectly fine. I get off the phone and proceed to write down a detailed order. So I don't miss anything. I call it in for pick up at 6:50 pm. We get there 20 minutes early for pick up at 6:30 pm. We don't get our food until 7:21 pm. My husband only gets a lunch break from 730 to 750 pm. He works 7 days a week. Almost every item on the order was messed up. Everything but the shakes. They did replace the meals for me. How ever. They did mess up 1 be burger. By drenching it in salt. I called up there and they treat me like I am lying about it. I tried to bring the sandwich in and they kept saying that they didn't need it. They went so far as to not complete my sandwich due to the fact that they were acting like I was being dramatic over a sprinkle of salt. So here are the pictures. We also ordered 2 shakes when we got the burger replaced. A Nutella shake and a Reese shake. And now here we are with a vanilla shake and a Reese & Nutella shake. Never again. I had so much better experiences at other franchise steak n shakes. I've never had to have an order replaced at one before. Never again.
