I described a detailed haircut to the stylist that took care of us in one sentence. "Skin fade to a high number 2 guard, scissors on top, and leave enough in the front to style..." She pulled it off flawlessly. She paid attention to the details, and a boy left beaming about his new haircut as it should be. =) Thank you!

I checked my son in for a haircut online. The app showed that it would be approx 110 minutes until it would be his turn. Two hours went by and I was alerted that he would eligible to get a haircut in 10 minutes. We went to the store. I forgot my mask so they would not let me enter the store. That’s fine. I will stand outside in the heat and wait. My son had his mask. I simply asked them to please let us know when my masked son can enter and get his haircut. The lady assured me my son was next and that she would let us know. Long story short, we waited outside in the heat for an hour. Two people went before my son despite being assured he was next. I wanted to complain in person but the staff kept disappearing to the back so there was no one to talk to besides the customers who were in the waiting area. I will never go to another Great Clips again. Worst customer service ever.
