This has been the absolute WORST living experience of my life ever. I cannot express this enough.

There are mice in the walls and you will hear them running around and trying to gnaw into your place. The water used to be piping hot, now you don't even need to turn the cold tap on. EVERYTHING LEAKS. Washers and dryers are dealer's choice cause it's something wrong with all of them and someone may or may not steal some or all of your clothes. Cars broken into. Walls are so thin you can hear both sides of a conversation on speaker phone. Stolen packages. Insects everywhere at any time. Rusted vents that haven't had their filters changed ever. Heat that doesn't work and is either too hot or nonexistent. The list goes on. Only plus is most of the people that live here are nice.

Older apartments with no dishwasher. Lots of loud children in the courtyard. And people will just blast music at odd times. Tow company is allowed to pillage the parking lot for expired tags, and they do so every night.

I was looking for a one bedroom. Like the community and my tour. She said she was the manager. No one one bedrooms we're available.
