My little family lived here in a cottage unit from fall 2019-fall 2021. We loved it! We had lovely neighbors, people were friendly, the grounds were well kept. Shout out to Anthony on the maintenance team who was just AMAZING. Anthony always provided 5 star customer service. He was friendly and felt like one of your neighbors. I have seen other residents give him a shout out here too, he’s the best. Anthony- hope you and your family are well! Edit to add- we loved living here but it looks like rent has increased, as it has everywhere I’m sure. I don’t think my family could afford the rent their now. Also I believe Anthony no longer works there. Bummer!

My experience living here for the last few months has been great. The leasing office and maintenance staff are all fantastic, professional, and timely. The grounds and facilities are always beautifully presentable and usable. The apartments are spacious, modern, and homey. My kids, dog, and I are very happy here. Also love that it’s easy to access both 95 express lanes and VRE depending on how I’m commuting on any given day!
