My partner and I walked in and she said she was too busy and we had to come back at 5, which was 3 hours later. We left and came back at 5, and she said that she couldn't give us a massage. It was beyond frustrating. It was even worse because my partner called before hand and she said that we could just walk in and didn't need an appointment. To top the entire experience off, the woman insinuated that I was pregnant, which I think we can all agree is really beyond rude.
