A friend of mine invited me to the opening celebration of the new Rolex shop-in-shop at Tiny Jewel Box in September, 2022. It was amazing to learn some of the history of Rolex and the history of Tiny Jewel Box. I was also introduced to Brian Ehteshami. Brian then introduced me to his other clients that were also at the event. I remember a group of us standing in a circle at the back of the shop chit chatting about watches and telling stories about working with Brian and Tiny Jewel Box. Everyone had nice things to say. Everyone mentioned their positive relationship with Brian and how he helped them grow their interest in watches. Everyone described their excitement the first time Brian sent them a text to say they might stop by the shop because something from Rolex had arrived for them. I did not hear a single bad thing about him or the shop. Brian gave me a private tour of the shop and introduced me to some other employees. And then he listened to me as I told him about the types of watches I am interested in. I have now purchased two watches from Brian. Everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner. And he has not tried to push me to buy things I'm not interested in. I have also become friends with four of Brian's clients that I met at the Rolex event. We regularly text about watches and play golf together. I had what I thought was a "relationship" with "a guy" at the nice watch shop in Tysons Corner mall. But the only time this guy called was when he tried to push me to buy a watch that I would never want to buy. Things are very different at Tiny Jewel Box. Purchasing a fine Swiss wrist watch is a significant investment. It is very nice to have someone like Brian and Tiny Jewel Box make you feel comfortable and appreciated as you are making the purchase. I highly recommend working with Brian and Tiny Jewel Box.

What can I say, old school service as it should be. Businesses that understand customer service truly understand that they are no in the business of selling merchandise, rather they’re in the business of building relationship. I recently stopped in to have a link taken out of my Tudor. Mark Clay assisted me with this transaction. Each time I’ve been in the Tiny Jewel Box I’ve been greeted by the friendly security officers and offered a bottle of still or sparkling water by the staff. Mr. Clay is very knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. Mr. Clay introduced me to Ahmed, the Rolex regional manager, Monette Corrigan, the Sales Director, and Matt Rosenheim, the third generation owner. I will certainly return for all of my jewelry needs.

I reached out to Moe at Tiny Jewel Box and expressed interest in a watch for my dad a few months ago, within a month Moe gave me a call and let me know he had the watch for my dad. The entire staff here is incredibly professional and knowledgeable— Moe was no different. He made the whole process an ease and helped me pull off an incredible birthday gift for my dad. Thank you Moe, you made a lifelong client.

They do custom jewelry. You can work with the in house designer, Alicia. She's just done a lovely pair of earrings and necklace for me with opals I was given.
As a part of zodiac signs they can get it

I don't think they carry fountain pens. Go to farney's instead.
