I purchased a bracelet that just kept snapping on me. I brought it back to the store and John Scalia (JD) exchanged it for me in an instant. Then the next one broke! John then exchanged it again for a different bracelet that I do not have an issue with. I also purchased another watch while I was in, so it goes to show you that good customer service does pays off. JD is seriously awesome and has followed up with me several times to make sure I was still happy with Shinola. I certainly am. Thanks JD!

Recently my girlfriend, her family, and I were in the Shinola store and the staff was fantastic. They were very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were welcome... and we didn't even buy anything! Just wanted to give the staff a shoutout. And if I ever want to buy Shinola products (which I hope to one day) I will be sure to do it at this store!

Shinola's products speak for themselves in terms of quality and craftsmanship, but this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The associates there were kind and patient, and answered any question I had. They actually had detailed knowledge about the products in their store, which can't be said of most retailers. Great location. Covid protocols were followed. Will be returning.
