I'd give zero stars if I could this is the WORST one I have ever seen! First the line was long so I went inside and stood for 5 mins all while people looked at only to be told I had to use the drive though lobby was closed so I go through the drive through at sat for 20 mins while they made the car in front of us their order then I get to the window and tell them I need 2 whatever hot and ready pizzas that you have she said they didn't have none although when I was standing in the lobby there was three in the heater so she straight-up lied to me because they definitely had not went out the window I seen everything that went out this is the worst place I've ever been to they need to fire every single one of them and rehire all new people I could get that place into shape in a heartbeat

Ordered our pizza & cheese bread and then was told it would be 10 mins to pull up, it was almost 30 minutes before they brought it out to us and didn't have my daughter's cheese bread, I happened to open the pizza it was horrible looking burnt. I ask is this the megapepperoni pizza he said yeah I said sweetie where is the pepperoni at there maybe 10 on the entire pizza he said they are under the cheese which was not true since you could see the crust where there wasnt anything on it and other places was black from the burnt. So I was very disappointed in my service and products.

Placed an order for delivery after an hour past the delivery time I had to go to the store myself and pick up the order which I paid a delivery fee on. Not only that if you are going to charge $1.10 for a sauce cup you could actually fill the sauce cup all the way!!! Can't believe I asked for another sauce after having to drive to pick up my own delivery order and they wanted to try charging me for another sauce. Need to just tear this place down and make it a parking lot.

Very rarely is anything "hot and ready", they told me it would be a 32 minute wait for 1 pepperoni pizza at 5 o clock on a Wednesday a couple of weeks ago. However, it is a hit or miss because they do have a good crew that is usually on top of their game, and friendly at that, but their below average crew is just awful, and rude. But, we continue to go there because it's convenient, on our way, and cheap for a family of 7 to eat.
