I send my daughter to flips and she has told me numerous things that she doesn’t like about it. including that the excel team is mistreated compared to the JO team, Also the owner of the gym said she didn’t care that the ceiling was leaking, The water from the ceiling was leaking on the low beams,Her friend also told us that they don’t have a break during a three hour practice like they used to.But aside from that my daughter likes the gym some what.I would not recommend the gym but thats my opinion.

My daughter has been attending classes for two years. The following comments are a based on my personal interactions with the staff. 1.) Communication is terrible. I don’t even know if I could be that bad at communicating if I tried. If you ask someone to call you about a change, forget it. Not happening. 2.) Customer Service is terrible. Some of the staff are rude, snotty, and unhelpful. Unfortunately, these staff members tend to be the ones you see behind the desk. The most recent exchange prompted me to just say “forget it, it’s not worth it.” 3.) Schedule/Contact changes are difficult. I have asked repeatedly to have my contact information updated. I’ve watched staff write several sticky notes full of notes because they didn’t have access to change the system only to have to repeat myself the next time because nothing was fixed. I’m tired of supporting a business that treats customers this way. We will be looking for a different gym or entirely different activity soon.

Daughter went here for a birthday party. She had a blast. Nice facility with a foam pit and different trampoline and inflatable areas as well as hardcore gymnastic equipment.
