Our 17 year old son went to K & M to purchase his very own Turf Tiger mower to mow his own lawns with. I must say the service is above and beyond what we expected. The sales representative’s name was David and he did everything he could to make our son’s shopping experience a pleasant one. He was there from the beginning and was very caring and helpful in every way possible. My son reached out to him several times with questions or concerns and he always responded so quickly! We highly recommend them for any mower purchase you may be looking to get. My husband has been a customer for years and they are superb!!!

Never had anyone sharpen mower blades for me before. They said they had the machine that does a perfect job and quickly. Dropped a set off and waited. 2 1/2 days later, I call to see if they lost my number. They said the blades were not done yet and to wait a few more days. I returned the next day to pickup the blades, get money back, and sharpen myself. I was told they didn't have the manpower to do the work. God only knows how long it would take if you brought in a zero turn, chainsaw, or other items for repair. They never told of a possible delay due to manpower when dropping off the blades.
