They got me in for a last minute am appointment with Isaiah. He was a sweet a professional person and knew instantly what to do with my hair. He also made some really good product recommendations and I left with an amazing new tropical smelling shampoo and conditioner by Goldwell. Everyone else was really helpful at the spa desk and so friendly. I love coming to Gene Juarez, it's always a top notch service experience!

Yikes! For something so expensive- I suppose I was expecting a little more than your average salon. Missing 2nd coat of polish on left foot, and have bubbles in my gel polish on my hands. She also didn’t give me the wax treatment on my hands that I had paid for. I went there with my mother in law and she didn’t even get straight lines for her French manicure - it looks like a diy project on both her hands and feet. The ladies were very nice, but the service and quality is lacking!!!

My little sister had her curly hair consultation and styling done by Amanda. She wanted bangs and products to be able to make her curls bounce and Amanda gave her excellent recommendations as well as taking the time to teach her how to style her bangs herself! Since she has left the salon, she has a new confidence that I owe all to Amanda for her kindness and welcoming personality.

Phone service has been bad. I went into the Tacoma Mall location and got help in person. The desk staff there is amazing. They still need to fix phone service though!!

Each therapist has different specialties and training on what typebof massage they do. However, I am not sure I have heard this one mentioned.
Worst place ever Made my wife look like Rainbow Brite and then would not refund the money!!! Super shady business be aware .LOL
