Christine was very helpful with everything. She noted the discounts and she was very kind. She made sure she covered all of the bases and asked me for any questions that I might have had. She was very thorough. And I am a returning Geico customer and I will keep Christine as my agent!

Christian Williams at the Tallahassee Geico Office was super helpful and very patient. She did not force anything but ensured I understood the coverage. When I asked a question about whether to have a particular coverage, she did not force her opinion but ensured I understand the pros and cons about the coverage leaving the decision up to me. She was very professional and kind. She is definitely an asset to the company!

Miss Amy called me after I attempted to do a renters insurance quote on the app. She was very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. She addressed all of my questions and concerns without delay and helped me get situated with exactly what I needed! Thank you, Miss Amy! I appreciate your time, as well as your wonderful personality and kind demeanor.

Your driving habits, how long you have had your drivers license, your age, and credit history are they major factors that determine your rate. The longer you stay with your current provider the lower your rate will become provided your driving history remains clean. At fault accidents will affect your rate in your next renewal. Not at fault will only affect you if you try to switch policy provider but in some case the effect could be way lower than the change switching difference. So you still save. On your free time just get quotes from different providers and avoid 2nd part solicitations. If any of the new quote saves you something just switch.
