that staff however answered the phone is very disrespectful very very disrespectful they put you on the hold forever they treat us like were low life because they know we w been in prison or jail and we are just asking to get our property back ....... also they do there best to make it harde and hard for you they were asking me to get my case number and this case was happening a 4 years ago and I'm sure they have it on there system as soon as they type in my name on there but they just want to give me a hard time like I said very disrespectful ppl
