I enjoyed exploring a small part of the island in November. I saw a Cottonmouth and a few birds and the flora is really incredible. Took the boat across for $20. Came back on the beach and there are a lot of shells and it’s cool to observe island with no development. Conservation benefits the local economy and can help mitigate climate change and inspire ecological literacy.

Questions & Answers

is there an e mail that I could send a picture to you? I have a game camera in my yard and I have what looks like a wolf, but the Florida Wildlife said there are no red wolfs in Florida.

There are red wolves in Florida. St. Vincent NWR is an isolated free breeding site for the red wolf program.
