I'm very glad to have found a safe and supportive counseling home at Thrive. Rebekah provides helpful guidance for me in a judgement-free, genuine, and down-to-earth style. (Technically she's in the Rio Rancho office, but everything's online right now). Recently, they added a prescribing psychologist on staff, Dr. Vento, who has the kind of approach to mental health medication and therapy I had been wishing for. And having worked previously with Demian, I trust him to run a safe and ethical practice. Thrive has a perfectly smooth and easy process that is all conveniently online, from intake forms and insurance, to scheduling and text/SMS reminders, to the video sessions themselves. When I was going in-person, the downtown office was comfortable and convenient, and the nearby parking a nice accommodation.

Thrive has been one of the best counseling offices I have used. Although I have yet to visit their physical office - I have the option to at any time. I previously was matched with a wonderful trauma based counselor until she unfortunately moved on, and despite their waitlist being fully booked they were able to rematch me within a week with another great therapist, Holly. She has been amazing with not only fitting me into her schedule, but working around mine. She is an asset on my journey of mental health and wellness, and I'm thankful we were matched.

Hello! We do have a couple of therapists that see teens but you should know that we also have a 2-3 month waitlist. You may want to check the "Psychology Today Find a Therapist" website as you can look specifically for therapists that work with teens in your area and that take your insurance. Please let us know if we can be of any other help!

Hello, we take the vast majority of insurances out there but if you had to pay out of pocket the cost ranges from $75 to $100. I will also tell you though that we have a three to four month waiting list.
