We just attended a wedding there on Saturday. I worked in hospitality Five Star Luxury Brands in NYC & Philadelphia PA. The venue is truly amazing. Service team for the family event. Knocked it out of the Ball Park. Excellent is all I can say from the moment we walked in until helping lock up after the wedding. 1st Class Service at it finest 👏! The sparking clean windows & chandeliers. To the beautiful restored wood floor. Thank you to the Team of the German House, Rochester NY!

Myself and my wife recently had our reception at the German House. It was truly incredible!! From the planning the year before to the big day, all of our bases were covered. The staff at HGH is detail-oriented and very friendly :) They are also very flexible which is HUGE, especially when so many things can change in a moment’s notice. If you want to have an event that will impress people, and will run smoothly, this is the place. Many thanks again to the HGH staff!!

I was here for an event not hosted by The German House. They had graciously allowed us to use the space for a meeting as our previous venue is not up and running just yet. The space is gorgeous, though; if you get a chance to check out an event here, take it!

We hosted our wedding on Labor Day weekend at HGH. Jessica made sure every detail was taken care of and was perfectly executed. Throughout the night, our guests remarked on the character and beauty of the German House from the Getting Ready room to the main ballroom, and the gorgeous bathrooms. We greatly appreciated the coordination with the vendors to ensure everyone was on the same timeline. We had a few folks who contracted Covid and were no longer able to attend, and Jessica helped us to rework the seating chart the night before the wedding. I've already recommended HGH to a few people and will continue to do so!
