Right off of Culver rd. Next to the huge pond.
Though there arent a lot of picnic tables there are a lot of great places to throw down a large blanket for a picnic in the park. The lower half near the pond has a few tables, as mentioned by Mr. Shaw, they are closer to the courts. There is a lot of land there to lay down the blanket. The upper part of the park, near the resevior, I do not believe has picnic tables. But again, great place for an old fashioned picnic laying on a large blanket. Hope this helps!

No shelters, but lake riley lodge is available for rentals. You can find rental info on the county parks department website I think.
I think they do on the lower part by the pond and baseball fields.
