3months & no bill. PRC was involved the first time & it was resolved until this billing cycle. All I want is my bill so it can be paid on time. Contacted the PRC again today, too many calls to PNM & my wasted, valuable time.

PNM constantly charging twice as much than the month before. Even when we dont use electricity because we are out of town for almost a month. We still get charged for service that we didn't use because they can't read the meters and they estimate. SMH People from customer service are very rude. Specially this one supervisor named Veronica.

Another power outage last night went out at 1:20 AM, living in Bernallio county is like living in Iraq. can’t get your roads paved to power outages all the time another 4 to 12 hour circus.

You need to call PNM, ask for a supervisor in customer service. I use to work in a call center. I promise these steps will work. you asked for a supervisor the representative will ask you why you repeat may I please speak with a supervisor and just keep repeating that statement until you get one on the phone. Once you do request that they send out somebody to review the pole with meter as you feel as though it is a hazard. They have to send somebody out to take a look at it if you tell them you feel it is a and could cause harm to yourhome. Now I will let you know that this may take a few calls and can be daunting to finally get the result that you want done I went through the same thing
What kind of meter do you have? A digital one or one that spins
You can try and call to see if PNM will cut them but they are the home owners responsibility. You can call a tree arborist to have them trimmed to be healthy and not fall on your trailer.
