Always spot on! Great location, great vibe, great menu, great staff, and always exactly what you are looking for in a Italian/Greek type restaurant. Not too fancy, not too down home, just right!!!! We have been coming here since they opened in 1978! That's right, since '78! It is always exactly what you hope it will be. The pizzas, the pastas, the salads are all AMAZING!!! An excellent, well trained staff. Nice and not stuffy....lots of 'ribbing' going back and forth.....it really sets a nice tone. Please try this place, you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! We really love their Greek salad with feta dressing!! They are all so good, very hard to single any one out. I also love their chicken parmigana....SO SO GOOD!! We will keep coming here until, well, until we can't!! HA! Fer sure!

Went to Sparta for the very first time today. All I can say is that their slogan "Best pizza in the universe!" is not wrong. Got my go to pepperoni and mushrooms pizza same as I do at every new pizza place I try and I was not disappointed. Amazing crust, not greasy at all and the cheese on the top was to die for. Tiramisu is delicious and homemade by the owner. Raina, out server was so sweet, knowledgeable about the menu and the business and all around a pleasure. Sparta had a life long customer in me. They are very very tasty pizzas. I once tried to order extra cheese and the waitress told me they can't put any more cheese on them then they do already. So there's that. Also, it's a Danish mozzarella if I'm not mistaken. The cheese is so incredibly creamy and melty it will make you wonder why you ever went any place else. And to top it off, there is what I believe to be a kind of crunchy super tasty layer of parmesan cheese(?) which just takes it to a whole other level. I can't speak of everything else on the menu because after eating there for 20+ years I still haven't found a reason to order something else. Very fairly priced, clean, and the waitstaff is very friendly!

Stopped in for pizza while in town and I am so glad we did. This pizza is incredible! The staff is super friendly and amazing and I cannot say enough great things about this place. Awesome food served by kind people.
