Getting better, bigger store, just not finished renovations

I returned a package to Amazon on July 12th from this Hammond location. The package is no where to be found. After 10 days of the label being created at this location, not even a date can be provided as to when my package will get to where it needs to be so that I can receive my refund. I tried calling the UPS store, no one ever answers. Last year I had trouble at this same location and vowed never to return. I was pressed for time, saw they had made, or seem to be attempting, an upgrade, so I decided to give them one more try, I solemnly swear to NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

They are temporarily using a different store front in the mini mall. I had a simple package to send and was in and out really quickly. The lady who helped me was efficient, friendly and professional.

They do send faxes but I don't know the cost

There's a lot to unpack here. First, you can't get a passport at the UPS Store. You have to go to the USPS office. Second, if you're flying you need a passport book which is $110 plus a $35 fee for processing. Then there is a $15 photo fee. Totalling $160. Third, you say to Mexico. No passport only goes to Mexico, are you looking for plane tickets?
