Two blizzards. Placed order at 8:36. At 9:00 I asked where our 2 blizzards are at. Girl disappeared and came back saying they are being made. Then we find out they are the wrong blizzards. Fully staffed and not overly busy. This DQ used to be the best around and now it's a laughingstock. Do not recommend and won't go back.

I like Dairy Queen in general, especially their Blizzards. However, my drive-thru experience on 7/3 was disappointing to me. Even though their menu clearly stated they had a specific item (in this case, a Royal Oreo Blizzard), when I ordered, I was told they don't make it any more. But I was still able to get just a regular Oreo Blizzard. DQ should keep their menu updated, so as not to give the impression they have an item which is unavailable. Otherwise, a good product.

My husband ordered a simple single cheeseburger and the first one was so drenched in ketchup and mustard it was sick to look at. When we returned to get another, the second one was no better. Unappealing to look at and absolutely unappetizing. Disgusting.

First we were rushed through the ordering process. We got to the window and everytime it opened we tried asking for the sauces we tried ordering that was never heard because we were talked over, and guess what... she kept talking over us again. So finally when she had to slow down to flip the blizzards we got a word in and was able to order our sauces. Then we were handed boxes with the food in it. They couldn't even put it in a bag?? We pulled over to eat and the fries were cold, tenders were barely warm and super crispy and very tough. Our toast was not burnt but crumbled away because of how stale it was. This was an awful experience and we will not be back.

I went in last Thursday to purchase a birthday cake. Customer service...NOT. The young girls behind the counter didn't know beans about anything. I'm short...the cakes are up high in the freezer. Flavor...didn't know. Price...? Serves how many? They need customer service lessons. Manners! Sad today. The cake was great... Moral...go to grocery store.
