I had a problem with a contractor and ended up having to buy paint twice. The employee working gave me a great discount the second time around on paint. Really awesome of them to do to help with a problem that wasn’t even theirs.

Horrible customer service!!!! I have ordered $1500 worth of wall paper which I was told would be in in 4 to 5 business days. 6 Business days later I show up at the store and find 1/2 of it came in although I never got a call telling me it was in. They said they would check on it the next day and give me a call. No call. Maybe I'll just have 1/2 of my dining room papered! 3 days later I called and when asked when they thought it would be in they said they had no idea. Reply, so, do you think maybe you could put in a call to find out? Reply, wouldn't even know to call at this hour (5:00pm). Reply, ok, maybe you can make a call in the am? Reply, my Asst. Manager will be here in the am and I'll tell him and we will give you a call......What has happened to great customer service? Anyone who replied to a customer of mine like that would no longer have a job.....Lets see if I actually get a call.
