RUDE STAFF! Iv never had a problem returning an Amazon package until I went into this store This lady wouldn’t even try to scan any of my stuff. Definitely won’t be back here

Went to get fingerprinting done for a job. The web site said the service was available M-F from 10-5 and said nothing about requiring an appointment. I get there at 10:10 and was told that they do not do the service on Mondays and that an appt was required and they couldn't do it until May 24 (today is May 2). I said I'd go somewhere else and the response I got was "Good luck with that." Sarcastic customer service coupled with inaccurate information means I'll avoid going back here. I'd recommend everyone else do the same and find somewhere else to take your business. Clearly they don't care.

I am only giving one star because of the younger girl that helped me on one of my visits. I have been to this location several times, unfortunately I am now traveling to the Jasper location from this point on. Every-time I have been to this location, mind you, I am a mindful and polite person that greets everyone with a smile, have a nice day, etc....I have been treated poorly, mainly by the two older woman that wear the fancy face masks. I had an Amazon return, instructions were clear on my QR code that I had printed with me, it was boxed but I did forget to tape the top. I was told I needed to package it up (which it was already packaged-product never left the box-it was just missing tape across the top) and print a shipping label from my home printer or I could pay $4 for her to do it. She has always been rude and unfriendly, I have always been kind and prepared with my shipments. I turned around, drove to Jasper with the same package - they were kind, no questions asked and said have a nice day. I don't understand the lack of customer service and kindness at the Ellijay location, it's very unfortunate. I hope at some point, this location can get friendlier employees that better represent Ellijay.

I have been to this UPS Store several times. No one there is ever nice. Today, I approached the counter with a smile and a hello. I was prepared to overnight a document. Had all the necessary shipping info and knew it would be expensive. The music was so loud in there. I couldn’t concentrate if I worked there. The lady could not type, kept messing up, and got agitated with me. After giving her my phone number, address, the shipping address, she said “just give the piece of paper you have, it’s easier.” We were down to city state, and zip code of the shipping address, but I said “Suite number 201” and she got all flustered! She couldn’t follow me as I slowly spoke each part of the address. After I said “Suite 201” she couldn’t take it any more and needed the paper. She has no computer skills. Did her typing with her two index fingers. She started rattling off the prices and acted like I should have sticker shock. I knew it would be a lot. She never said thank you. Never even really looked at me. The tone of her voice was always negative and just nasty. I don’t understand how everyone there can be that miserable. I should have gone to the post office. I just wasn’t sure they are guaranteeing anything - even next day service. I had to have the document there the next day.
