If you want quality the lanes at lancer or may city (both have around 30ish lanes) if you want quantity i would go to westdale.

There is 2 leagues on Saturday night and i believe they both start at 6 and the subs would very from night to night team to team it wouldnt hurt just to show up and see if you can bowl as a sub somewhere
