This was a great venue! Really served the purpose of a wedding well. I think there is more potential for the venue to be rented, but legislation doesn't allow for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

There is a ramp on the back patio on the lake side of the building. Yes, I believe you can access it on both sides
Have u already tried calling the venue to get your question answered?
When we had an event there they allowed the use of their kitchen but they didn't cater. Which was nice because we could bring whatever we wanted and were not stuck to items on their menu like a lot of event spaces.
