***UPDATE*** After reviewing paperwork on file at the dealership, my tire is being replaced. Thank you for finally listening my concerns and going back to investigate the validity of my complaint with the tire. I moved my review from one star to four only because I should not have had to get into a horrible argument with Brandon and his dismissal of the safety of the tire. It should never escalated to the point of going to upper management either. I don’t like raising my voice to people in a hateful manner and a customer should never feel like they are not being heard. Especially when the safety of you and other drivers on the road are at steak.*** The service dept is absolutely horrible. I purchased a vehicle in April. During purchase I informed them the Journey had a tire issue when test driving the vehicle. Steering wheel vibration and it sounded like a tire out of balance. It’s been back to the dealership twice and the just rebalanced the tires. Even stated on the “ We promise sheet” when doing paperwork. Today I go in for my oil change and tire rotation and BAM! Flat spot in the center of the tire. Broken belt that’s been ignored! Brandon argues with me that it’s my responsibility and said it’s safe to go to Arkansas since I’ve driven 10k on it. Now they expect for me to pay for tires that I’ve complained about since day one! $500 I got socked into paying for the Certified Pre-Owned Inspection. I’ve bought four vehicles here and the service here is not what it used to be. They even have a slide on the TV saying the win a contest for “First-time Repair”. Obviously this ongoing issue was overlooked 3 times. I’m done with this dealership! They treat women like they are not mechanically inclined.

They had my car for a week . And didn't explain what was wrong or done to my car. I had to ask and didn't really get much of an answer. But my car seems to run fine now.

They're following typical Wyandotte county guidance. Mask, social distancing, actually they have a handheld powered sanitizer - they sprayed down the most commonly touched surfaces before they gave it back to me. A nice touch I suppose.
I credit is every low and they help me get into a car as for Rodney and he will figure out something that's what he did for me :) Just don't go through Auto start I'm 💯 you will regret it that's a promise
