Went in today looking for new glasses & wanting to know prices for eye exams, contacts, etc. The employee in the front entrance was pretty rude towards me answering my questions & watched me with a mugging face while I looked at the glasses.

Worst experience ever. Worst experience with an eye clinic that has made me feel bad. I am 29 years old and I have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old and contacts since I was 14! more than half of my exsistensia; I decided to have my consultation with this eye doctor last year in September because I moved to the area and the clinic is 3 minutes from my house and of course give it a try and deal with my Latin people! Bad idea !!!!! My contact list beat me to something that could have been solved when they gave me my pair of contacts to settle for a week to ensure that there were no problems because the pair they gave me was not the exact size / pair of contacts that the doctor only reported. A SIMILAR PAIR ..... WHEN I RETURN TO THE WEEK TO ENSURE THAT EVERYTHING IS GOOD WITH MY RESET EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! I had no problem with the contacts because the problem came when they gave me the reset and I bought my contact boxes which if they were the size that had been reset which caused me pain in the eye. At first thought, it may be that the contacts I buy have defects, order more and The problem continued ... The problem was not that the contact was defective, but the reseta was not good, as I have nose and small eyes, it is difficult for me to go. Running to solve this problem and of course I wear glasses and my contacts on special occasions because I finally had time to make an appointment and have my contact prescription sent to me. I spoke and they told me that I had to pay for another appointment. This clinic is not for people this clinic is for their pockets its objective is how to get more money from people and if you have insurance, wing insurance. The service is terrible although they do a good job in trying to hide it, once you had your appointment and you leave the door if you have a problem with your glasses or contacts, it is not your problem unless of course you pay for another appointment to solve a The problem / mistake They made. I am really disgusted and saddened by the People who take special advantage Mind of their own Latin people that many times are of few resources oh what a simple Mind they work HARD for their money so that a clinic comes there where the clinic should have the best interest of the Clinente but simple Mind they have the best interest of their pockets the Hispanic people go to places like this for the convenience that they speak Spanish I came here for the convenience that it is near my home but I do not drink.
