Picked up an X5 from Erik Bautista and Feroz. It was a tight window as I had to travel out of town they not only got the car ready and prepped in a short window but were able to add a few things on in the process. I've bought a lot of BMWs from a lot of the local dealers as long as Erik and Feroz are at Fairfax I'll be back for another. After I got back into town came in for a quick service and with every other BMW dealer in the area out of loaner cars (just call around and ask lol) for what was a few hours service Erik was able to arrange a Bmw loaner for me... Which I haven't seen in this area since 2021 Thank you BMW Fairfax and thanks Erik!

Neils went the extra miles to ensure I found the car I needed. With a Saturday finance wait list, he was helpful in keeping me engaged while waiting, respected my time constraints finding a work around to meet my schedule and ensured I knew all things on my BMW. On the test drive, he stayed after hours to work with his manager to get us to where we needed to be. After working with too many dealers with my husbands car purchase a few weeks prior, this was a breeze. To say a car purchase is fun is odd but it was very enjoyable and memorable. Neils was very personable, responsive and easy to discuss the purchase of a car and trade in. Beyond knowledgable and also has an appreciation for all things BMW. Also to mention team members Jordan and Jaafar have also been so helpful in our multiple car purchase journey this month.
