At some of the properties we allow cats. At our Mystic Pines location there are two buildings that allow dogs under 25 pounds.

Hello, rent is due by the 1st but HIP gives a 5 day grace period. After the 5th it is a $25 dollar late fee and then after the 10th another $25 dollar late fee.
