Management is horrible, the worst of any U-Haul I've ever been to - and I have been to many. The place was understaffed, the trucks were ridiculously dirty (spilled juice and a cigarette butt in one of the cup holders, the seats were filled with grime, and they didn't even have a squeegee or towel to wipe down the dirty windshield), the staff was rude, and the reservation was mishandled. The only employee who cared about my reservation and solving a pending matter arrived after 20 minutes of being asked to wait on the side. However, said employee did not know the system well enough and could not get a hold of the manager... I was eventually informed that another location had the truck size I had uselessly reserved there weeks in advance. Avoid reserving anything in this place.

I would give negative stars to this horrible U-Haul if I could. I had my reservation for weeks and when I got there they had no truck ready for us, took about 30 minutes for them just to find the keys even to a truck after 20 min of them figuring out if they even had one for us, they had no furniture dolley for us, and the truck was left on virtually empty. They also never updated their odometer reading on their paperwork and because it took over an hour in the store causing us to be late for our moving time at our apartment we just assumed they had done their jobs and updated it correctly. This was an unfortunate mistake because it was off by 388 miles causing me now to pay $500 for only 60 or so miles of use. Literally go to ANY OTHER U-HAUL location. This one is absolute trash.
