I appreciate the intentionality attentiveness that the store manager and Aprie took in regards to my unit. Being new to the city, I have had a bit of a cumbersome experience, navigating storage options and other facility needs. not only did she recommend a sizable unit that would fit my needs, but also heard, understood, and acknowledged some of the things that I was looking for in this new city. She also was able to offer recommendations in regards to making my experience and time here that much more rewarding. I appreciate everything that Manager Aprie did to take of me and my needs as a customer. She provided A1 customer service and definitely would recommend her and extra space storage
