This place is so amazing friendly helpful kind all the pets that come here are definitely lucky and even the strays they have an amazing donation program for stray animals so they do a lot even in the community support them they're great!

I left annoyed and disappointed that 3 visits and 900 dollars resulted in 0 progress for my dog’s ear issue (aural hematoma and infection). The after care instructions were not very clear and I was NEVER told I would need to actively drain the ear (there was 1 line in the printed receipt). I found out from a different vet I shouldn’t give ear meds the morning of a follow up because it could cause false lab tests. I asked 4 employees if the director or whoever could assist with a refund could call me, yet still no phone call and that was a month ago.
