Food Poisoning. Do not eat here. I enjoyed this restaurant until my family recently ate there and all got food poisoning, everyone who ate the chicken. I was hospitalized for loss of fluids. My results came back with positive for Rotavirus. I am appalled, disgusted, horrified, betrayed. I am still dealing with symptoms which are horrible. My parents came to visit for the week from out of state and they have spent the entire week sick, confined to their hotel room, unable to spend time with their grandchildren. I have lost 14 lbs since this all started and I am struggling to take care of my family every day. I am putting together a report for the department of health, with whom I have already spoken. I will update this comment with the case number once I receive it. I am so sorry for anyone else who had to experience this horror. Please do yourself and your family a favor and avoid this disgusting place.

Though the food was only okay, the service was most excellent! An enjoyable atmosphere with wonderful staff. It took a little patience to get things going, but I truly understand the heightened wait times in times like these. :)

This location has really improved recently! We live close by and had decided to give it another chance- so glad we did! The fried tender salad was a great portion and full of fresh ingredients. Barb was friendly and efficient while taking our order. We will be back!

8:40pm on a Tuesday, my husband I were craving a burger. We tried to place an online order with O'Charleys and were notified that they were closing soon. It was too late to place an online order. Quickly, we decided to give the restaurant a call to see if, by chance, they would allow us to place a curbside order so close to the restaurant's closing time. Let me tell you, the customer service we received was outstanding. Before taking our order, the sweet young lady on the other line asked if we could be there by 9:00pm because they were closing soon. We swiftly left and when we arrived to the restaurant, the O'Charley's staff quickly helped us with our curbside order. When we got home, we were astonished by the size of the Western Cheese Burger. It was cooked perfectly to our request of medium-well. The fries were crisp and seasoned to perfection. Not in our photos, was my order of Cod Fish and Chips. I asked for extra tarter sauce and they delivered by giving me a large serving. The cod was crispy on the outside and flaky (not over cooked) inside. Fish and Chips are one of my favorite meals and this entree did not disappoint. We appreciate the extraordinary meal and excellent customer service from our hometown, Canton O'Charley's.
