How this location is still open is beyond me. Service only available in the drive-thru, even the patio is closed. Only accepting cash but no signs up indicating this so you're waiting in line only to find out once you to get order and they are constantly out of items. It's been going down hill for the last several years, they just need to cut their loses and shut down.

Absolutely horrible. Chicken nuggets were burnt. Extra cherry limeade had no cherries and no lime slices. This is not the first time the orders have been screwed up. The people working there simply don't care. They sound bored and snotty when approached. I see why they are no longer done in. Most people aren't going to find out the lack of care or attention until they get home. I hope this place goes under soon. Perhaps then corporate will actually get some trained employees in place.

They didn't have any ice cream. :( the food we got was decent. It looks like they took out the majority of the order boards that you pull up to. The rest of the place is looking a little run down. Makes me wonder if they will stay open to be honest.

This was truly the worst experience I've ever had at a sonic drive-in 1st of all you couldn't even drive-in and you had to use the drive-through only. Secondly the food that I ordered I couldn't understand why my son's double cheeseburger was bigger than my double quarter pound Burger it didn't make sense to me my burger was cold in the foil while my son's was piping hot. I told them this is cold I want a hot fresh sandwich but I think they microwaved it and brought it back to me a few minutes later! Worst Sonic ever they really need to shut it down or get it under new management 😤
