Worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to! Out of sweet tea, order two meals that had chicken fingers and was told they could only give me 3 packs of ketchup, went to the restroom and no soap to wash my hands, and lastly they kept it at least 55 degrees in there!

Random hours Say in drive through for 20 mins to get to the window. told they wouldn't take my order just before 8pm. .. Said they wanted to close early. Took the car infront of me tho.

I usually TRUST zaxbys for good quality...not anymore!. I ordered in the app, the app says pickup inside on a shelf. Called my GF to meet there and we could talk/eat b4 she heads to work. I get there and the lobby is CLOSED. Not due to covid, but staff scheduling. Too late to alter my plans since I've ordered in the app. Whatever. We meet, I hand off her food now that there's no place to eat it, she heads to work, I head home. The quality? Well look at the picture! No toast, quantity is about 70% of every other time and hardly any flavoring as ordered. Don't tell us to pick up in lobby when the lobby is closed. Ugh
