My service advisor (Mike Jenkins) was outstanding.
My client adviser, Dominique Smith was very professional, transparent, and delivered exceptional customer service. My car was not available was not available during the time I was ready to make a purchase. However it was out of Dominque’s control and he did keep me updated with the status. In addition, he called me as soon as it was available just like he said he would. Everyone else was professional and made me feel very comfortable with my decisions and thoroughly educated me on my purchase.
Yeah, service at this place is not great for sure. They had my car for 37 days before I got it back.

We purchase customer vehicles every day! We can evaluate any vehicle and put the value towards a purchase or simply cut a check for your vehicle even if you don’t purchase from us directly with a replacement.
Yes we offer test drives on location and in certain situations we can even bring a vehicle to test drive to your home or office for an off-site test drive.
All of our locations have a waiting area with customer free Wi-Fi.
As we are considered an essential business during this time, we have adopted additional measures to follow the CDC’s guidelines for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the facilities, both during the day and at night. Our employees have been educated on the CDC’s guidelines and we recommend they take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, social distancing and staying home when not feeling well. We have asked all employees to refrain from shaking hands or hugging customers during this period. Hand sanitizer is offered throughout the facilities for additional disinfecting. All customer waiting areas are disinfected daily and have been rearranged to ensure proper social distancing. Staff who drive or handle a customer’s vehicles are required to wear new gloves. Loaner vehicles are thoroughly cleaned after every use and customer’s vehicles are cleaned before they are returned.

In many cases, there is remaining factory warranty balances on our pre-owned inventory. Ask us or see our dealership for a specific answer based on a vehicle in-stock. We have access to the “In Service” date that kicks off a warranty timeline and can also give you great detail on additional coverages that we offer and back.
