I have been a loyal customer at Cash USA on North Avenue for almost 3 years. I love the staff (TONY- boss man, Mr. Paul- associate worker, Jontae- associate worker, and Torry- associate worker. They treat me like family. I never had any bad experiences at all not one time. They always are so polite very eager to help with whatever you need or if they can’t help they will give you the information on how to obtain or where to go. I LOVE THEM ALL SO MUCH AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RATE AT 100% from all employees. I never visit any other location because the service they provide is phenomenal. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS.

First, and foremost, it was conflicting. To come to, the decision, to write this review. I'll explain why, in this review. Idek, if this review will even matter. After, what I experienced earlier, today. This review, won't even give me, a sigh of relief. Shiid, tbh, I only gave them ⭐️⭐️ Out of respect. I use to have for these guys. & Although, there were times. They definitely, could have shown, more love. For the electronics; I took to them. Everyone had a cool vibe with each other. With that being said. We never had a problem before, today. Not until I called in. This morning. To get, pricing expenses for a couple of items. I took in for a loan. One of them is a PS5. Now, I knew, it was raking up late fees. But, it came to my FN surprise. When they told me. They FN SOLD IT! Two FN weeks ago!! Boy, am I still hot about it, Now, I do take some blame. I should have been put an extension on it. And, definitely shouldn't have been so naive about the situation. But, out of, all our transactions over the years. Not once, did either of them mention. They would sell my chit. Not even, when I was in the shop 4 weeks ago; and I asked the manager how much was my PS5 at the time. He said it was $430-something. Which I responded. “I will put some money on it next time.” Nd, we left it at that. So, for them to sell my game. Without a warning or call. (which the manager said, “why would we call”) broke our verbal agreement and my business relationship with them. Once I finish paying off my other item. That's it for them!!
