Truly was an abysmal year of living here. The first complaint I could state is that this property along with any property owned by GreyStar Inc. has a special addendum that forces Valet Life* on the resident. This service makes a person rent a garbage can (that has a replacement fee) and is supposed to be a garbage removal service. It is roughly a 30 dollar fee every month. We lived right across the street from the dumpster, so it was a complete waste of money. While it may be nice for older residents, the fact that you can NOT opt out it is a true scam. My next complaint was the level of response to maintenance towards major issues. The first was our washer had a broken bearing which caused it to clunk and bump around. It wasn't resolved for over a month after the ticket was issued. The next was our bathroom. Our larger bathroom became overrun with black mold. They came in and torn down the outer wall exposing the mold and then proceeded to never finish the job. We were out of a bathroom for 5 months, with 3 people living in the apartment! No negotiations were allowed on lowering our rent on an issue that was completely out of our hand and left us with a space of the apartment completely unusable. It's completely unacceptable when you're paying close to 1900 a month for one less bathroom. All of this and the constant homeless people that would frequent the dumpster because there is no pedestrian security makes this place on of the worst apartments I've had the trouble of dealing with.

Been living in StonePointe for roughly 17 months and have nothing to complain about, as it's the best of apartment living if you are realistic about what apartment living means. Management team is professional, accessible, respectable, and more than willing to support whatever is needed. They are continually maintaining the living grounds, updating/repairing the apartments, and making the area comfortable and safe for their residents. Shawn and his maintenance crew are the real heroes of this complex though and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Wow, they respond quick to maintenance requests, checking on repair issues, and super nice about it. After a standard weekend where garbage and recycle aren't picked up, the bins and adjacent areas normally get overfilled and bunched. On top of that, of course, some residents believe they can just dump off a full on couch, bed, large furniture at these areas like it's the county dump site, so then it gets even more crazy. But when the week day rolls around and Shawn and his maintenance crew arrive from a weekend break, they always roll up their sleeves and do a bang up job. I'll come to a totally cleaned garbage area(which looked like it was hit by a tornado before) and I am always amazed how they do it. Seriously, they are incredible and I wish there were ways to show them more credit. Thank you Shawn and your team!

We are looking to move towards the end of June and came to do a tour with Jamie. She is amazing and was so nice and informative. We are definitely thinking of moving here because of the property and the wonderful customer service from Jamie!!!!

Terrible management on site. Every time both myself and my wife have called during the business hours countless times, nobody ever answers. Calls for repairs are beyond long, we have to constantly remind management. 3 months of attempting to have our dryer fixed or even looked out. Mold is a real issue. Constantly popping up, it would seem mold has been painted over in our kitchen and around the windows. Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear your neighbor breath. There is an odd theme of residents sitting in their cars blasting music at any time of the day. Kids screaming and parents do nothing about it when we are all trying to work from home. There is zero regard for the resident. Leaf blowers at 8am, they arrange construction for 8am. So if you work late, need sleep or expect peace and quite then think again. They lowered the amount of dumpsters and now they just over flow with garbage and it piles up out onto the parking lot. Disgusting and cheap. Car was broken into and instead doing anything, a call or ask any questions what so ever, they just told me to keep valuables out of sight (there wasn’t any, but they didn’t ask so how would they know?), they stole paperwork including the registration and other docs for my truck and left anything valuable in the car. Don’t live here. Don’t do it. Lived here for 2 years. Stayed one year longer than we had to due to pandemic.
