Visited Bead Soup today and what a wonderful store. It carries everything I need for my beading projects. The staff was very helpful and very welcoming. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I visited the store recently with a 10 year old relative who was SO excited to look around the store and see what they offered. The experience was completely soured by the extreme lack of customer service. We entered the store, and no one spoke to us or even acknowledged that we were in the store. We walked around looking at things, still no acknowledgment. After a few minutes we were both extremely uncomfortable, and felt incredibly unwelcome in the store. I’m glad we didn’t see anything we liked because I didn’t want to give anyone my money after making us feel like we didn’t belong there. Will not be returning, but taught my young family member a lesson in how you should be treated when patronizing a business.

I had a wonderful time looking around and the attendant was so helpful. A very kind woman who truly wanted to help. She showed me these hand turned beads with an amazing story behind them and I had to buy them. This store is in it for the joy of crafting and it shows. I was proud to shop here and look forward to returning. I'm just staring out with crafts like this, so thank you Bead Soup! Great place to get started. (This is one of the first things I've ever made so be gentle, but I used 550 paracord.)
