They fixed my echo blower, it took two weeks but it was well organized.

Was a great place however the lack of certified mechanics makes this spot no bueno! I can go into to it but it just frustrates me more... Never got machines running right due to lack of mechanical experience I ended up fixing it myself! They wanted me to buy a new carb when in fact after I looked at it it was the gas filter being clogged they said they checked it. Right, sure you did! New filter runs great... If you value your time and sanity go to Bryant tractor it's a totally professional outfit other than this chit show...

This business will give you a date when your repair will be done but then doesn't meet it and doesn't call you to tell you they've been delayed. When you call to find out if the work is done, they don't answer their phone and don't return your message. When you show up more than a week after the completion date that they gave you, you're turned away because the work isn't done. I'd been a customer here over the years but with this new owner I will never, EVER go back.

Terrible customer service since they changed hands. Took in a chainsaw chain for sharpening on a Wednesday. They told me it would be ready by the next Tuesday. No call after a week, so I called them. Not only no answer all day, but their voicemail box is full. So I drive 5 miles to the store, and ask for my chain. I'm rudely told it's not done, and that I should have waited for them to call me. I ask when it will be done because I need it before the next weekend. I'm told for sure it'll be done by "end of the week". I say great, I'll be in by 5 on Friday. They say no, end of day Saturday. Again, no call, no answer and voicemail is full. So I drive to the store again. They're CLOSED, with a handwritten note taped to the door saying they decided to start their weekend early. Several other PISSED-OFF customers standing there, too. I needed this chain to work over the Memorial Day weekend. I lost 3 full days of work because of these idiots. When I finally picked up the chain, no apologies at all. Never. Going. Back. I'm done with these fools. Don't waste your time and take your business somewhere that cares about its customers!

I have a battery powered Snapper Garden cart that I think has a faulty switch. Is this something you can fix?

This is definately a landscaping equipment repair shop although their busy schedule requires you to leave your equipment with them for an evaluation of the problem. Ask them for a quote.

Do you work on EGO battery powered chain saws and lawn mowers?

Yes, call for a appointment or just bring it in.

Do you take old mowers for parts? I have a craftsman mower that still runs, but the front wheel is and part of the housing are broken.

You can always take it in. They're very good about letting you know what they can and can't do.
