I’m speechless.. I’ve rented from many places around the Venice/ Englewood area, and this is the worst by a long shot!! These apartments are cheap af. Not only that! There’s a lot you aren’t allowed to do such as shutter your house and protect your family from natural disaster, the flooring is so cheap that it started to come up after almost a year of living there. The walls are like cardboard! Beautiful tile underneath the fake vinyl flooring they put down. We waited months for appliances to be repaired. Not a very good landlord. We actually might take it to small claims.

Amenities include gym,media center & pool the faux firepit was my favorite. Handicap accessable and very clean.
