I really want to give better review, but I can’t. I can NEVER get in touch with anyone at this place. Our payee changes a lot and I never know who it is. They don’t answer their phones and if you leave messages, return calls don’t happen. It’s so frustrating! I left message on supervisors phone so I shall see if that gets returned. Not holding my breath.

I am still waiting for the last 93.00 of my March SSI maybe they raised the amount of money they charge for making my life in a wheelchair horribly difficult. I asked for this payee because I went to the hospital and getting them to stop is impossible they will do anything for the payee fee I just have to rescind. My power of attorney release they are really very rude and I have yet to know what services they provide the longer they keep funds the more interest they accumilaye. Call maybe they'll answer NOT....

This place is corrupt the staff will mock social security clients that have disabilities. The VA sent me here but if i had a choice this place would be shut down and the staff thrown in jail. I have had the hardest time receiving my own money and contacting the staff is near impossible they actually got my account frozen for not returning paperwork to child support so now i live on the streets because i was evicted. With an eviction on my record its impossible to get a place. Now its crappy motels and my owm payee Reed hangs up on me if she doesnt like what i have to say. DO NOT USE THESE PPL!!!
