I had to take a moment to leave a review to express how amazing Morgan is at VisionWorks in Owing Mills. She was patient, personable and professional as she helped me to find a frame that I would love. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated the effort that she put into making sure that I left a happy customer. She certainly deserves a raise! I would send others to this location just because of her excellent customer service. Great job Morgan!! Thank you again!

They told me my order was ready for pick up but forgot to mention they are super lazy and decided to close at 6 without telling me. Just a paper sign on the door and all 4 employees just hanging out inside watching me. EDIT: your girls up front kept talking about cleaning dog vomit the entire time they were trying to adjust my glasses which they couldn't get right and I ended up leaving out of frustration.
