I have been to many Quest locations and while the person I spoke with on the phone confirming my appointment was nice and friendly and was well informed by my insurance company, the staff that I actually delt with when I came in for my appointment seemed utterly clueless on what I was coming in for our even how to properly find where to draw my blood. The nurse pricked me on both arms and couldn't get anything and finally had to get someone else who ended up sticking the needle in my hand.

Called 6 times ahead of time to make sure I could drop off a sample, and nobody picked up. I went to the location and nobody was behind the front desk, nor was anyone in the waiting room. I used the kiosk and it said the next available time to be seen was 1:20pm, despite hours stating they start operating at 12:30pm. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Something as simple as dropping off a sample is being made extremely complicated I now have to schedule around work.

One star is too much for the staff at this Quest. We've had numerous we issues with them over the past year. Never going there again.
