Went 5 pm into a relatively empty restaurant and waited 15 minutes for any service past menus and water. Not impressed and left. Do better, you had staff standing around.

Yes. I go yearly with family (12 of us). It will be really busy so be ready for it.
There are both and they can also accomdate someone in a wheelchair. I had just come home from the hospital and was in a wheelchair and the Diner made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciated the service I received that day

They usually are open unless they have changed to be closed. Usually tgey are open all day
