If I could give less than one star, I would. My family - grandpa, mom, and I - are moving to Tennessee and we couldn't be happier! We are traveling with our family dog; Ranger is a short haired Border Collie. Mom booked our stay here and we arrived early. I went in just to ask if check in at any point before 3 was possible. The clerk curtly told me no. Being my usual self, I told her I understood and started chatting about our move. I then asked her, since Ranger has arthritis, if at all possible that we could get a room on the bottom floor - boy did that change her attitude completely. When I tell you this lady was a witch, understatement. She felt the need to tell me about the construction workers and how a family with young children might be scared of the people there. First, no children in my party. Secondly, Seriously? Does she think hard working honest men are a problem? Or, is there a more nefarious reason she dislikes most of her current clientele? Then she told me how there studio apartments are too small for a dog - hello, there website state that they are pet friendly. Then she tells me that I will be charged a cleaning fee if my dog sheds. Honestly, WORST experience at a Choice Hotels brand hotel and that is my loyal brand. I half hope she loses her job. But since I don't know if that would negatively effect other people in her life, I will just say she needs some serious training on how to speak to other people, how to not look down on others (for whatever reason she needed to "warn" me about the construction workers), and just how to be a normal human.

The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly however because I didn't realize it's extended stay.. the housekeepers do not clean your room at all while you are there so you have to take your trash out to the dumpster yourself, you go to laundry room to exchange your dirty towels for clean ones. Which I don't mind doing that myself but my 72 year old father can not do these things himself. Perhaps they should put these things on their website so the elderly and disabled people can make a good informed decision if the plan to stay more than 1 night, whether or not they are capable to stay here.

rude assistant manager, cancelled my reservation last minute because lack of housekeeping, when I actually read what the guests are putting up with: roaches and bed bugs I am glad I found a better and less expensive place.

very nice and clean place just visited some family that is staying here. It's like a efficiency apartment with a stove, oven, and refrigerator, cable TV and wifi. I think the price is $427 a week and a $200 deposit that you get back when you leave, but not sure completely of the price
