Great experiences all around at Alcoa Good Times, from Mike in sales, Drew in Parts, Chris in service, etc., etc., etc! I have always been treated great, with solid recommendations on everything from equipment/gear, tires, etc. I have bought 2 bikes from them over the years, and I have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied w their knowledge, customer service, and follow through.

Very disappointed in my experience. I liked the guys at first, but they clearly took advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge. Went in interested to buy a bike (first time buyer). Found a bike and they told me the price was $5800 with tax. Spent time filling out the paperwork and went on my way as they were closing. Next day, finance/sales rep calls me & informs me that they talked with the bank (or whoever handles their financials/Loans) and that my monthly payment would be about 150. I asked if they could send over the paperwork so I could take a look and they said I would have to come in person, but that they needed a non refundable deposit ASAP as this could be a missed sale on their end. At the very END of the call, I asked for the total and they told me it was $9500 with everything included. Why was I not told this in person at the store? Why was I told it would only be $5800?. Technically, they will justify this by saying the bike itself was $5800 with tax, but the warranty etc brought it up to $9500 (even if I paid in cash in full). They knew. They wanted me to pay the deposit and did not tell me the total until the very end & if I wanted to see the paperwork, I still had to put the deposit down and come in person. I’m glad I caught that because I was very close to putting the deposit down and losing $500. Id stay away or at least be weary as they tried to take advantage of me.
