After not seeing a dentist for over 15 years due to fear and anxiety. I was given a recommendation to come here. They made my 1st visit more comfortable for me then i had expected. Everyone was very nice and communicative pre, during, and post visit. My fear and anxiety is not completely gone. But they really do their best to make the dentist chair and whole experience as comfortable as possible that i have been back twice since my 1st visit.

My cleaning was excellent but the lady that checked me out at the front desk was very rude. She told me my balance and in a rude tone stated you know we don’t take your insurance. I told her before the lady in back took my X-rays I asked if it was covered by my insurance and she said yes. I told her that I can only pay a certain amount and she told me I had to pay everything now. She was vey rude with our interaction. She told me if I didn’t pay my services will be terminated with the office. I have been a patient for over 10 years and no one have ever spoken to me in that manner. I walked out of her office and she followed me and yelled at me outside to pay a portion and kept walking and she yelled out you are no longer a patient here. This office is all about the money and they tell one thing and bill you for something else. I guess I will be looking for another dentist.
