The nurses are completely rude and have no concern for the patients.

How is 16 hour wait times legally allowed? There's no way I should be told I have to wait for at least 16 hours for a bed with a near stroke level blood pressure reading. No one is even monitoring my pressure! The US dept of health should investigate this ER and its practices.

I luckily haven't been a patient for a long time, but needed the ER for possible septis. Walked in the doors at 221am on a Wednesday morning there were 20-25: people there...that's about an hour per 4 people that's a 6hr wait... Plus I wasbringing in a backpack with court paperwork to file and go through (to keep busy) Security guard looked at me like I had 3 eyeballs...rude I know they can do better than this.. In any profession, if you start to get busy YA MOVE YA A$$. Relax when it slows up..lost my business I'll wait for a clinic/walk-in to open up

There all day long!
No , I have the flu and have been sitting here for over 3 hours waiting for a doctor to even check on me.
what is your question
Sorry I'm not a employee
8am-8pm
Talk to your doctor.
You would probably be waiting more the 5hrs... I would say go to a clinic and get evaluated if they feel it's severe enough they will tell you to go to the ED.. if your oxygen levels are above 93% and you you not gasping for air.. your pcp or walk in clinic is your best bet
Thanks for the advice lol I wonder how bad the waiting room is
I would send it to Bayhealth Hospital 640 S. State Street Dover, Delaware 19901 They will know what Dept it need to go to.
Not to bad right now
Every hospital has to stabilize a patient by ENTALA law. This means getting you to a point that you are not endanger of death. At that point, they may transfer you or refer you to another facility if they do not have the resources to treat you.
Process just changed due to Delta variant, but I believe a patient can have 1 care partner. Care partners can be switched, but only one care partner at a time. There are exceptions for terminally ill patients though. Would be best to call the campus you need and ask.
You would go to https://www.bayhealth.org/patients/billing for calling and in person info
Not positive but you can call and they will have no problem giving it to you
There is Eden Hill which is on North Street in Dover. Is a huge medical type building with several doctors and a surgery center as well as an emergency walk-in. As far as finding Drs., you can go on a site called BayDocs and get info on most if not all doctors associated with BayHealth Kent Campus Hospital in Dover and BAYHEALTH Sussex Campus Hospital in Milford!!
Just send them an email stating what you want to do. They will surely advise you of the correct way to go about that!
Call medical records.
Depends on what you need to be seen for. We have a swing room for minor issues. You can be in and out within an hour or so.
Correction I came in after 10:30am. However nearly 6pm and still waiting.
Im not sure....you can go to your primary
