I had an appoitment for the pasaport of my son and they don't take a copies of the documents i asked to him if i can go to the store nerby for the copies and he says no. But the person Who had the next appoitment did not have copies either and he gave him the opportunity to go for the copies! I'm hispanic and the next appoitment white person. That's curious!!!

Either don't receive mail when its to be delievered even though it shows at the post office. Spoke to an older guy about mail never even showing up (gov piece of mail) and got an excuse that it doesn't mean they have it and could be a few days. He didn't even want to hear about it. Everything else was received (junk mail mostly).

Questions & Answers

Why haven't the ladies that work here been promoted or been recognized with awards for their such great service. I go in multiple times a week and each time they are so cheerful and ready to help me with every need I have.

I.agree they are so helpful and nice friendly. But that is there job to help customers BUT YES thet really should be rewarded for the pleasant attitude neing so friendly and nice. I really love that. Not many places where we get service with a smile. So they should be acknowledged for it. Thank you ladies

If it's private home then the home owner is but if it's a cpu unit might be the community owner but double check with your local postmaster
